Use your own item numbers

You can link your own article codes to the ODM article codes in the webshop! Link your article codes once in the webshop in batch (via an import from excel) or manually to the article codes of ODM and then use them via the search bar of the webshop so that you can order with your own article codes.

How do you go about this concretely?

Link your own item code

You can link your own item codes both manually and in batch.

Link manually

Navigate to "My Lists" via "My ODM".

You can add your own item codes in the text box provided. In the example below, own article codes "AAA", "BBB" and "CCC" were used. Then click on the "V" icon to save your entry.

In batch (via import from excel)

Export an existing list by navigating to "My Lists" under "My ODM". Click on "barcode list" to download your list in excel. Enter the "Own code" column here.

Then save this file and go to "Upload list" under "My ODM". Select the file at the bottom and then click on "Upload" to import the file into the webshop. Once loaded you can choose to save this as a list. Check "Save your own product codes".

Find products via the search bar and quick entry

Via the search bar

When your own article codes have been uploaded to the webshop, you can easily find them by looking up the product via the search bar.

Via quick order

In the shopping cart there is a quick entry where you can enter the ODM or your own article code, followed by a space and the number of articles you wish to order. If you then press enter, the item will be added to your shopping cart.
